Haley Carroll chosen for Olivet's 2014 Homecoming Court

Haley Carroll of Mokena, Illinois, was part of the Queen's Court for the 60th Homecoming coronation ceremony at Olivet Nazarene University on October 29, 2014. Chosen by her peers for this honor, Carroll is a senior majoring in elementary education and a leader among the student body. She is the son/daughter of Mike and Connie Carroll.

She is on Senior Class Council for Associated Student Council, a freshman connections mentor and a student worker in Olivet's Office of Admissions. She has also been a resident assistant in Grand apartments for two years and a part of Women's Residential Life, Kappa Delta Pi and Sister-2-Sister. As the hands and feet of Christ, she has served in Thailand and Cambodia.

Alana Steward, a senior accounting major from Overland Park, Kansas, was crowned as the 2014 Homecoming Queen during the ceremony.

Olivet's Homecoming Queen and members of her Court have been honored each year since 1955. The Queen is a senior woman chosen by the student body. She is a person of integrity; gives glory to God in her life; helps others feel loved and accepted; and expresses Olivet's academic, social, and spiritual ideals.
