Maddie Buseth of Mankato, Minnesota, chosen for Olivet's 2016 Homecoming court

Maddie Buseth of Mankato, Minnesota, was part of the 62nd Homecoming queen's court at Olivet Nazarene University on October 26, 2016. Chosen by her peers for this honor, Buseth is a senior majoring in mathematics and intercultural studies and a leader among the student body.

While at Olivet, she served as a freshman resident assistant for two years. She is now a senior class representative on the Associated Student Council and a building supervisor at the Perry Student Life and Recreation Center.

Emily Mills, a senior majoring in interior design from Milan, Illinois, was crowned as the 2016 Homecoming queen during the ceremony.

Olivet's Homecoming queen and members of her court have been honored each year since 1955. They are chosen for this honor by the student body.
